TEDxTAMU salons are an uniquely interactive TEDx experience where students\, faculty\, and the community have an oppo rtunity to experience TED in new ways. Comprised of three salons spread th roughout the year\, TEDxTAMU Salons allow for attendees to build skills fr om prominent members of the community and past TEDx speakers\, engage in l ively discussions\, and to foster ideas worth spreading. There are three T EDxTAMU Salons\, occurring on 10/19/25\, 12/02/25\, and 01/24/26. During t hese events\, attendees will have a curated experience focused on a specif ic growth-based topic\, such as improving networking abilities\, preparing for finals\, and learning the ins and outs of giving a TED Talk. These ev ents are led by the members of MSC ALOT\, and will vary in schedule for ea ch salon focusing in on different themes. \;

FLO's Got Talent is a one-night event that brings the FLOs on campus together. This competition is an inclusive talen t show featuring a chosen member from each participating FLO. It serves as an opportunity to bring all the FLOs on campus together to develop leader ship skills\, give back to the community\, and promote unity among freshme n.
