TEDxTAMU 2024

Description

TEDxTAMU is a full day conference that consists of 12 selected speakers that will give unique TED talks which interpret an abstract, broad theme. The conference will be held on March 24, 2024 in Rudder Forum, and will be open to students, TAMU community members, and others. Each speaker will be given a maximum of 18 minutes for their talk which will begin every 20 minutes. After groups of three speakers, or 1 hour, there will be a 15 minute intermission. This intermission will consist of safe, rehearsed performances put on by individuals or groups from Texas A&M that will have been chosen prior to the event. This event provides the opportunity for both speakers and freshmen to enhance leadership skills through communication and creativity.  The conference will be held with a TEDx “University Event License” and will span over the course of approximately 10 hours.
