Memorial Student Center Council
The Memorial Student Center (MSC) Council is a recognized student organization at Texas A&M University. With a longstanding tradition of student-led programming, the MSC Council has supported 75 generations of Aggies in developing as individuals, leaders, and engaged members of the community. Together with its 17 student-run committees, the MSC Council occupies the Student Programming Office (SPO), which is located at the heart of Texas A&M's campus in the Memorial Student Center building.

Executive Vice President of Business
- Title
- The Executive Vice President of Business shall coordinate the establishment of vision and recommendation of policies for administrative functions and committee development.

Executive Vice President of Membership
- Title
- The Executive Vice President of Membership (EVPM) assesses climate and demographics, manages the Membership team budget, facilitates Membership Program Assemblies (MPAs) and an annual unity event.

Executive Vice President of Programs
- Title
- The Executive Vice President of Programs (EVPP) is a member of the MSCC Executive Team, oversees all external MSCC programming activities, leads the Vice Presidents of Programs, and chairs the Programs Approval Team.
